We have an exciting opportunity for a high performance coach to join our talent pathway in the position of Academy Coach for our Women's Academy. The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of the academy programme and advance the development of players within the programme. They will be significant in contributing to sustainable success aligned with the Club's vision, through the development of elite level players who will one day represent The Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
