    Title:                    9th Grade Girls Volleyball Coach
    Job Location:     Paw Paw High School  
    Reports To:         Athletic Director
    Job Type:            2026/2027 Season Contract  
     
     Qualifications:    
    • Must possess high school diploma  
    • Extensive experience with Volleyball
    • Cap 1 and/or Cap 2 certification (prior to season)
    • First Aid and CPR certified (prior to season)
    • Successful past coaching experience, preferred
    • Knowledge of the MHSAA Volleyball rules and regulations, preferred
    • Ability to work within a coordinated Volleyball curriculum from youth through varsity level
    • Strong personal and social skills, with the ability to effectively communicate using a variety of media
     
    Job Description: 
    • Coordinate practice plans to build basic Volleyball knowledge and age-appropriate skill sets  
    • Work within a program philosophy and curriculum that builds upon itself from grades 6-12  
    • Be a productive and cohesive coach on a staff that works to develop all players from grades 6-12  
    • Coordinate with youth Volleyball programs and coaches to optimize youth opportunities  
    • Teach and instruct the game of Volleyball; while working to develop and emphasize positive character traits in all athletes.
    • Other duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director
     
    Salary/Benefits:  Per VBCEA/PPEA, MEA-NEA contract Schedule C
