Title: 9th Grade Girls Volleyball Coach
Job Location: Paw Paw High School
Reports To: Athletic Director
Job Type: 2026/2027 Season Contract
Qualifications: - Must possess high school diploma
- Extensive experience with Volleyball
- Cap 1 and/or Cap 2 certification (prior to season)
- First Aid and CPR certified (prior to season)
- Successful past coaching experience, preferred
- Knowledge of the MHSAA Volleyball rules and regulations, preferred
- Ability to work within a coordinated Volleyball curriculum from youth through varsity level
- Strong personal and social skills, with the ability to effectively communicate using a variety of media
Job Description: - Coordinate practice plans to build basic Volleyball knowledge and age-appropriate skill sets
- Work within a program philosophy and curriculum that builds upon itself from grades 6-12
- Be a productive and cohesive coach on a staff that works to develop all players from grades 6-12
- Coordinate with youth Volleyball programs and coaches to optimize youth opportunities
- Teach and instruct the game of Volleyball; while working to develop and emphasize positive character traits in all athletes.
- Other duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director
Salary/Benefits: Per VBCEA/PPEA, MEA-NEA contract Schedule C
