Fabletics is looking for a Wholesale & International Buyer.
How do you fit in?
As the Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, buying, and managing product assortments for wholesale partners and international markets, supporting growth, margin, and inventory efficiency. This role balances commercial strategy with disciplined Open-to-Buy (OTB) management to ensure inventory commitments align with demand, market needs, and financial targets.
This role translates the Fabletics brand vision into compelling, market-relevant assortments for individual partners, supporting both seasonal and off-cycle buying. The Buyer partners cross-functionally to align assortments, pricing, inventory, and timing with broader business objectives and successfully manage complexity across multiple markets and wholesale accounts through strong organization, commercial acumen, and operational execution.
This position will report to VP, International Merchandising.
What you will do:
Assortment, Buying & Market Support
Support the curation and adaptation of seasonal assortments by market and partner, aligning brand vision with regional needs.
Assist with market-specific strategies through trend research, competitive analysis, and partner collaboration.
Support new store openings, expansions, and incremental unit buys.
Buying Execution & Inventory Management
Prepare and process purchase orders, buy sheets, pricing, and partner submissions.
Track shipments, resolve delivery or quantity issues, and maintain accurate PO, invoice, and inventory records.
Support off-cycle buys and inventory pulls across Kitty, ECOMM, and seasonal assortments.
Analysis, Pricing & Insights
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and supplier execution to inform pricing, inventory, and future buy decisions.
Balance inventory availability, timing, and partner demand while identifying optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Presentations
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and ECOMM.
Support communication around product readiness, delays, substitutions, and shipment timing.
Manage samples and assist with product presentations, readouts, and partner-facing assortment visuals.
What you can bring:
3-5 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or related roles (international or wholesale exposure preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Analytical mindset with experience working with sales data, buy sheets, and inventory reports
Clear and effective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
Proficient in Excel and assortment management tools
Nice to have, but we’ll teach you:
Experience in apparel, activewear, or fashion retail
Exposure to international markets and wholesale partners
Experience supporting off-cycle buys, inventory reallocation, or complex fulfillment scenarios

The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,600-$100,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
