Help grow volleyball across the Northern Territory
Volleyball Northern Territory (VNT) is seeking an energetic and community-focused Volleyball Participation Officer to help create more opportunities for Territorians of all ages and abilities to experience and enjoy volleyball.
This hands-on role will plan, coordinate and deliver participation programs across schools, clubs and communities, including regional and remote areas. You will build strong community connections, deliver positive and inclusive volleyball experiences, and help participants progress into clubs, competitions and other participation pathways.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about volleyball, enjoys working with people and wants to make a genuine difference to the growth of the sport across the Territory.

About the role
Reporting operationally to the Sport Development Officer, the Volleyball Participation Officer will:
The role is based at the Volleyball NT office at Marrara Sporting Complex and will involve travel to locations including Alice Springs, Katherine and Gove. Some evening and weekend work will also be required.
About you
You will bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for growing volleyball participation. You will be confident delivering programs, building relationships and working independently across a variety of community settings.
To be successful, you will have:
Volleyball Australia coaching or officiating accreditation, experience delivering Sporting Schools programs, and experience working with schools, volunteers, sporting clubs or regional and remote communities will be highly regarded.
