Position Overview:

Always Alpha is seeking a driven, dynamic and strategic Talent Manager who lives and breathes women’s sports, with a strong background in talent representation and proven success in revenue generation. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, developing, managing and proactively creating commercial opportunities for a roster of elite athletes, broadcasters, coaches and creators.

  • Provide day-to-day representation and strategic guidance to a roster of athletes, broadcasters, coaches and creator talent.
  • Cultivate authentic, long-term relationships with clients built on trust, transparency, and proactive communication.
  • Proactively identify, scout and recruit emerging and established talent aligned with set goals, mission and values.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for talent, managing long and short term strategies, shifting calendars, brand partnerships, speaking engagements, media appearances and bespoke career opportunities.
  • Drive proactive sales by pitching and selling clients and the broader roster to brands, sponsors, agencies, and media platforms.
  • Develop revenue pipelines, build proposals, and lead outreach strategies designed to secure brand partnerships and commercial opportunities.
  • Create campaign concepts for incoming offers and inquiries based on budget and talent strengths.
  • Lead negotiations and oversee deal structures to ensure alignment with client interests, brand positioning and revenue goals.
  • Ensure flawless execution and coordination between all stakeholders.
  • Oversee campaign execution and operational logistics including timelines, deliverables, payments, and reporting.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets tied to client partnerships and Always Alpha’s commercial growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brands, leagues, media networks, agencies and emerging industry leaders.
  • Leverage insights to provide innovative, data-informed strategies for talent representation and growth.
  • Handle consistent communication with talent providing career direction and overseeing talent inboxes, scheduling and client service needs with an emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Represent the company and clients at key sporting events, combines, tournaments, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience managing and developing multi-faceted careers for talent of all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, sign and retain top talent.
  • Track record of selling, closing and executing brand partnerships and sponsorship deals on behalf of talent.
  • Extensive network of brand, media and agency contacts within the sports and entertainment landscape.
  • Strong understanding of the brand partnership and deal process.

Willingness to travel as needed.
