The PPA Tour is seeking a creative and strategically-minded Sponsorship Service Coordinator to support our national sales team. This role is at the intersection of graphic design and sports marketing; you will be responsible for translating high-level sponsorship concepts into visually stunning pitch decks, sales collateral, and mock-ups. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who understands the "business of sports" and knows how to design assets that clearly communicate brand value, audience demographics, and creative activation ideas to Fortune 500 decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

Deck Creation & Design: Lead the design and formatting of custom sponsorship pitch decks, ensuring every presentation is visually cohesive, brand-aligned, and persuasive.

Sales Collateral Development: Create and maintain one-pagers, media kits, "look-books," and end-of-year partner recap reports.

Visual Mock-ups: Produce high-quality digital mock-ups showing potential sponsor logos on PPA assets (e.g., court signage, jerseys, net wraps, and digital broadcast graphics).

Market Research Integration: Work closely with the sales team to weave data, viewership statistics, and fan demographics into compelling visual narratives.

Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of PPA Tour photography, logos, and brand guidelines to ensure all sales materials are up-to-date and professional.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure that proposed sponsorship activations are visually accurate and logistically feasible.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Design Expertise: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote).

Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the sports sponsorship landscape, including an awareness of how "Official Partner" designations and activations drive brand ROI.

Self-Starter: A proactive problem-solver who can take a rough concept from a salesperson and turn it into a polished, client-ready deck with minimal supervision.

Experience working for a sports agency, professional league, or university athletic department a plus.

Schedule requirement: Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings, including some nights, weekends, and holidays, and able and willing to travel to off-site events, etc., as needed.

Location Requirement: Must be willing to relocate to Dallas, Texas.
