Here's a summary of responsibilities:
Responsible for the shipping and receiving of all mail and package deliveries, loading and unloading boxes onto work vans, and delivery and pick-up of mail items on scheduled and non-scheduled runs to and from USOPC headquarters and other locations as needed. Stock headquarter breakrooms with coffee and cleaning supplies. Deliver printer paper to headquarter workrooms. Perform warehouse operations as needed as well as processing mail to deliver to Post Office.
Here's how you'll have an impact:
Assist in the shipping and receiving of goods to/from the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Sport House.
Receive and deliver all mail and packages via Sendsuite tracking to notify staff and athletes of delivered items.
Work with USOPC Purchasing department to inventory and reorder supplies as needed for the supply room.
As directed by the Assistant Manager, obtain quotes from shippers to find quality carriers, on-time delivery, and best possible rates for the USOPC and NGBs.
Collect, sort, and distribute U.S. mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon for USOPC Headquarters daily.
Supply all break rooms at designated locations with coffee and tea supplies as well as cleaning supplies under each sink.
Process all outgoing U.S. and international mail including weighing, determining, and affixing postage using an electronic mailing system.
Return all incomplete and/or incorrectly addressed communication to sender.
Prepare work areas and equipment for daily operations, including but not limited to cleaning equipment and work areas.
Package each mailing according to U.S. Postal Service regulations and complete all appropriate USPS forms.
Deliver copier and fax supplies as requested.
Assist with warehouse operations and other Facilities operations as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:
High school graduate or equivalent
Forklift certification or the ability to attain a forklift certification within a year
USopc will provide training and forklift certification testing
Valid Colorado driver's license
2-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, and/or inventory control
Experience using a forklift and pallet jack is preferred
Skill with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and sliding of packages that may weigh up to 90 lbs.

Here's some more information you need to know:
Hiring pay range $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This Full-Time, Non-Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week.
Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 5% target. The USOPC may change or eliminate this program at any time at its sole discretion.
