We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Manager, Housekeeping to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of janitorial services for Player 15 Group, including third-party vendor ABM and in-house staff, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee daily operations of janitorial services in the Mortgage Matchup Center Arena, 5G Suns Training Facility, MACU Mercury Training Facility, and Player 15 Group Office Headquarters provided by ABM and internal staff, including scope of work, special projects, cleaning protocols, checklists, staffing coordination, and training.
- Administer and track budgets for janitorial services and operational supplies. Manage billing, expense tracking, purchasing, and inventory control to ensure cost-effective operations and contractual compliance.
- Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of ABM projects by monitoring performance metrics and aligning with defined scopes and financial objectives.
- Support the VP of Operations in key areas of ABM contract negotiations, including scope review, cost analysis, and service level agreements.
- Serve as the GBAC STAR Facility and WELL Certification Accreditation Representative
- Active member of the facility’s Safety and Sustainability Committees.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, manage scope, timelines, and budgets using established verification and change management methodologies. Maintain organized and accessible project documentation through centralized digital systems.
What We Need from Our Senior Manager, Housekeeping:
- Outstanding analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Language Skills: Effective communication in written and verbal English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- A proven track record of driving strong performance and operational metrics
- Willingness to work irregular hours.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- 5 years of property management experience
- A valid driver's license
