In June 2025, Athletes Unlimited launched Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL), a premier professional women’s softball league that models traditional “city-based” leagues (e.g. WNBA and NWSL) with commensurate operations and commercial activities. The five-year goal is to grow AUSL aggressively by adding additional teams in 2026 and beyond, converting to a fully city-based model, bringing in team owners, and building out ancillary business, fan, and partner engagement opportunities.
Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) is looking for local Strength & Conditioning Coaches to oversee aspects of development, implementation, and monitoring of strength and conditioning programs for their assigned team during the AUSL season. This position is seasonal, on-sight, and reports to the Head of Strength and Conditioning- Emily Guimond. Coaches will be required to report to training camp on May 24, 2026.

This role is seasonal, on-site, and is compensated at $18k over the 10 week period. While this is the intended salary, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position. When not in your team's home city, travel, lodging, and meal expenses will also be covered by the AUSL.
As this is a seasonal position, traditional employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans are not included. 1099 Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance coverage.
