League One Volleyball (LOVB) is redefining what's possible in women's sports. Founded in 2019, LOVB is a mission-driven sports performance, training, and media company set on transforming the volleyball landscape in the U.S.—and unlocking new potential for generations of female athletes. Volleyball is already the #1 girls’ youth sport in the country, with 38 million current and former players and a uniquely women-first player base (~90% female). League One Volleyball (LOVB) is seeking motivated and energetic Seasonal Sales Representatives to join our ticket sales team for the 2024 season. This entry-level role will take place from August 2025 - April 2026 for 10-15 hours /week. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the growing world of professional volleyball and play a critical role in driving attendance across all LOVB venues. As a Sales Representative, you will focus on selling individual tickets, group packages, and season memberships while providing exceptional customer service to fans. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about sports, sales, and delivering memorable experiences. This position aims to provide robust training and create an environment of ongoing learning, which will help you get your foot in the door as you launch your career in sports.

Education and Experience:
The hourly base salary for this role is $15 per hour with a 10% commission. Actual compensation to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level, among other things.
