Athletes Unlimited Softball League is hiring a Seasonal Coordinator to aid in the execution of game day needs, research, presentations, and general Front Office from May to October. This role is ideal for someone with an analytical mind, passion for growing a sports league, and wants to learn from leaders in the industry. This is a part-time, seasonal position that reports to the Commissioner, but will take direction from the Sr. Manager, Softball Operations as well.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to support league strategy, operations, and growth initiatives
  • Build and format presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized datasets, including player stats
  • Conduct analysis using spreadsheets to support decision-making
  • Aid in operational logistics and support league staff with various cross-functional projects as needed
  • Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Travel periodically to league locations and provide on-site operational support
  • 0-3 years of prior work experience
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at league events when needed
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours as needed
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and presentation tools (Canva/Google Slides/Powerpoint)
  • Strong interest in softball and women’s sports
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Able to work an estimated 30 hours a week from May through October
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the US
  • Strong preference for candidates based in the following cities: 
    • Durham, NC
    • Oklahoma City, OK
    • Portland, OR
    • Rosemont, IL
    • Round Rock, TX
    • Salt Lake City, UT

Compensation is estimated to be at a range of $18-20/hour, depending on experience. As a seasonal role, you are not eligible for benefits.
