Job Overview
The Partnership Activation Manager will play a crucial role in managing our brand partnerships, ensuring we deliver exceptional value and a best-in-class experience to our partners year-round. This role involves executing day-to-day brand fulfillment strategies, collaborating closely with our marketing and content teams, and leveraging data to demonstrate the impact of our partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder with a passion for women’s sports and a knack for ensuring brand partnership success. Should be open to relocate if necessary to Miami, FL.
Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with brand partners, serving as the main point of contact.
- Regularly communicate with brand partners to understand their needs/objectives and resolve any issues.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction and positive outcomes for both partners and the league.
Partnership Fulfillment
- Oversee the execution of brand partnership agreements, ensuring deliverables are met as per the terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate brand initiatives seamlessly into league operations and marketing strategies.
- Manage and execute partnership experiences at league events, games, and other key touchpoints.
- Ensure that brand activations and experiences are engaging, impactful, and reflective of Unrivaled’s standards.
Communication & Collaboration
- Work directly with the CRO & VP of Partnerships to provide assistance in partnership discussions and execution.
- Provide strategic input and feedback to enhance brand partnership effectiveness and innovation.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze key partnership data to measure performance and provide insights.
- Create comprehensive recap and KPI reports that clearly demonstrate the value and return on investment for partners.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in brand development, account management, or a related role, preferably within sports or entertainment.
- Demonstrated success in managing brand partnerships and executing marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create professional KPI reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.
- Passion for women’s basketball and an understanding of the sports industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
