Trevor Day School’s Athletics program emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership. Our coaches are committed educators who teach our student-athletes the importance of collaboration, commitment, and hard work while instilling self-confidence and respect for others. We value competition as an opportunity to challenge ourselves while engaging with the larger community. Our teams and athletes compete successfully at the league, city, and state levels. Trevor benefits from state-of-the-art athletic facilities, including three gyms and training areas with fitness equipment.
We welcome candidates for a Middle School (7th/8th grade) Girls Volleyball Head Coach for the fall 2026 season. This part-time, stipended position begins September 8th and ends November 7th. Practices generally occur on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Practice times vary between 3:30 and 7:00 PM, but matches may run beyond that time. Practices are held at Trevor’s Middle and Upper School at East 95th Street. Games are held in and around the NYC region. Coaches are a vital part of the Trevor community, and we encourage them to take advantage of meals on campus, schoolwide events, and other activities. The stipend ranges from $1,575 to $2,475 for the 9-week season.
