Position Summary 
Reporting to the Director, Ticket Operations & Enablement, the Manager, Ticket Operations & Enablement oversees key areas of PWHL ticket operations across multiple teams. This role requires a strong knowledge of Ticketmaster products, including advanced Archtics, AccessManager, Account Manager, Group Manager, and Host, combined with the ability to support and train sales and service representatives on the use and functionality of these products.  The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $77,000. 
Key Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Lead the day-to-day operations and decisions of ticket operations for multiple teams, including building and maintaining events, venue scaling, season manifests, ticket inventory, ticket offers, and pre-sales/on-sales 
  • Manage the online ticket system: Account Manager, Archtics/HOST (TM1) payments, payment plans, invoices/receipts, ticket management, and access control 
  • Manage inventory and internal ticket request processes for PWHL games and events in collaboration with internal stakeholders and venue contacts 
  • Fulfill ticket requests from internal departments when applicable 
  • Execute and co-lead ticketing integrations and development with licensed technologies (e.g., Salesforce) 
  • Serve as a lead and mentor for team ticketing representatives and oversee their daily use of the system 
  • Lead promotional offers and campaigns in coordination with marketing and sales 
  • Conduct audits of ticketing processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications 
  • Post-secondary degree or a combination of relevant education and professional experience 
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in ticketing operations within sports, live entertainment, touring events, or a related field 
  • Strong technical understanding of Ticketmaster systems, including Host, Archtics, Access Manager, Group Manager, and Account Manager 
  • Prior leadership or management experience of ticketing operations or a similar function 
  • Excellent relationship-building and people skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills 
  • Service-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel (inclusive of United States and Canada) as required 
  • This position may be based in either the United States or Canada. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence on a full-time basis. 

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Passion for women’s hockey or women’s sports 
  • Experience using other sports ticketing systems is a benefit (Paciolan) 
  • Ability to speak French 

Flexibility & Travel
Candidate must be able to work remotely, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel (inclusive of United States and Canada) as required.
