Position Description

Reporting to the Director, Partnership Management, the Manager, Partnership Management is a highly collaborative member of the Partnerships team at the NSWL, with a keen focus on building strategy and management oversight for our biggest marketing partners by developing and executing programs and campaigns that grow our league and partner's business. This role will ensure the stability of our current partnerships, the implementation of value-driven programs, and the development of programs that support organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely across Marketing, Broadcast, PR, Partner Activation, etc. to develop and execute best-in-class marketing solutions for current partners, inclusive of incremental opportunities and renewals;
  • Build revenue-driving partnership platforms and assets for current partners utilizing intellectual property, signage, media, and other assets;
  • Act as a liaison for all current partners and internal NWSL staff, engaging with senior-level marketing leaders at Fortune 500 companies;
  • Assist with maintaining weekly/monthly reporting documents for the broader Partnerships team, senior leadership, and Commercial Committee
  • Assist with managing agency relationships (activation, creative, research, etc.) along with developing and managing partner events
  • Build and maintain relationships with sports marketing, advertising, and media agencies, becoming a thought leader and resource within the soccer ecosystem and women's sports

Required Skills/Knowledge Attributes:

Salary: Estimate $90K - $105K

NWSL: Salaries are contingent upon candidates' qualifications, functional business needs, and market financials.
