Graford ISD is looking for our next Head Varsity Volleyball Coach to join the Graford ISD family — a team that takes pride in strong relationships, high expectations, and a deep commitment to students, athletics, and community. As an A-rated, four-day-a-week district preparing to open a new secondary campus for the 2026–2027 school year, this is an exciting opportunity to lead, build, and make a lasting impact in a supportive small-town environment.
The position includes serving as Head Varsity Volleyball Coach and classroom teacher on a 158-day contract, with preference given to candidates holding Social Studies Composite certification. Additional coaching duties may include Assistant Softball and/or Head Tennis as assigned. Coaches receive additional compensation for summer strength and conditioning. All duties and expectations are outlined in the Teacher and Supplemental High School Coach job descriptions attached below.
