Position Summary
Wentworth Institute of Technology invites applications for the position of Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This full-time, 12-month administrative position provides leadership for all aspects of the University's NCAA Division III women’s lacrosse program, including student-athlete development, competitive success, recruitment, program administration, and strategic planning.

The Head Coach serves as an educator, mentor, and leader who develops a culture of accountability, belonging, teamwork, competitive excellence, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the program while developing student-athletes, hiring, supervising, mentoring, and evaluating assistant coaches, collaborating with colleagues across the University, responsibly stewarding program resources, and strengthening relationships with alumni, supporters, and external partners in support of the long-term success of Wentworth Women’s Lacrosse. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of four years of demonstrated success coaching lacrosse, including progressive leadership responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain academically qualified student-athletes.
Valid driver's license.
Demonstrated strong communication skills and experience building inclusive team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree.
Collegiate coaching experience at the NCAA level.
Five years of collegiate coaching experience with previous head coaching or significant assistant coaching leadership responsibilities.
Position Details
The job grade for this position is Grade 7. The expected salary for this position is between $71,000.00 - $85,000.00 which reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role.
At this time, the university is unable to sponsor applicants for H-1B visas. No relocation available. Position was just elevated to fulltime status.
