Launched in June 2025, the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) is a professional women’s softball league operating in a traditional team-based format. In its second year, AUSL will feature six teams competing in a 24-game season across six cities.
We’re seeking a Head Associate for Grassroots Marketing to serve as the on-the-ground representative for all team-related marketing efforts in their assigned market, including:
In this part-time role, you’ll act as an extension of our marketing team, helping to lead and execute grassroots efforts in the market you are assigned.
This person will help to oversee the grassroots staff, be a presence at the majority of grassroots events and their assigned team’s. This person would also be relied upon to be a point of contact for player appearances and community partnership events.

Timing
March – September 1 (minimum staffing window)
This role is primarily event-based, including select AUSL game days, with additional hours for collateral distribution, event research, and occasional meetings with AU staff. There is also potential to continue working during the offseason.

$25/hour + mileage for events greater than 60 miles
