Girls’ & Women’s Performance Officer

To support the implementation and delivery of the Girls’/Women’s Performance Programme including National Teams and Development Programmes within the Scottish FA International Performance Youth Pathway; and support the development of Talent Development Systems, Regional and National structures for our talented players.

· To administer the G&W Academy System and associated League & Cup Programmes, planning and implementing associated League & Cup fixtures calendar and tournaments.

· Support the Girls’ and Women’s Performance Manager with the continual monitoring and Annual Auditing of associated clubs.
