⚽ Our Vision

Our vision is simple: a world in which football is the heartbeat of healthy, happy, thriving communities.

Bloomsbury Football is building a future where every young person in London has access to the life-changing power of football regardless of background, ability or postcode/income.

We are a high-growth, high-impact charity using the power of football to level the playing field for young people across London. Every week, over 6,000 kids take part in our programmes — regardless of background, ability, or postcode.

We’re scaling rapidly aiming to reach 20,000+ young people a week by 2028, with annual revenue of £12m+. We’re not your typical non-profit. We move fast, dream big, and build like a startup.

Our growth is powered by a relentless commitment to excellence on and off the pitch.

We operate like a startup: ambitious, fast-moving, and impact-obsessed. We make decisions based on outcomes, challenge ourselves constantly, and care deeply about doing things right for the long term. This is a team that’s committed to winning together with purpose, pace, and integrity.

Here is more about our Strategy.
