FIFAEvent Experiences Marketing Manager - FIFA Trophy Tour - Brazil FIFA27 established as the Local FIFA Subsidiary in Brazil, to work together with FIFA HQ in Zurich and globally, to deliver the biggest women's sporting event in the world, the FIFA Women's World Cup 2027™ ("FWWC2027").
THE POSITION
The FIFA Women's World Cup™ Trophy Tour exists to build anticipation and engagement ahead of the tournament, serving as a promotional platform to drive ticket sales, tourism, and global visibility. By bringing the Trophy to communities across Brazil and the world, it demonstrates FIFA's truly global mission while positioning Brazilian host cities as vibrant, capable, and welcoming destinations at the heart of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2027™.
The FIFA Women's World Cup 2027™ Trophy Tour Manager will lead the planning, marketing and delivery of the Host Country phase of the FIFA Women's World Cup2027™ Trophy Tour across Brazil, ensuring a cohesive, high-impact and locally relevant execution across all Host Cities. They will also support in moments on the Global Tor that require local stakeholders in particular Brazilian Embassies in the 32 participating Member Associations. Acting as the central point of coordination in-market, this role will drive alignment across FIFA's global project team in Zurich, local stakeholders and all relevant internal functions. Working in close collaboration with the Experiential Marketing Manager in Zurich, the Manager will ensure that all FIFA Trophy Tour activities are strategically aligned, culturally relevant, and delivered to FIFA standards. The role will also support the global leg of the FIFA Trophy Tour where required, ensuring continuity and consistency between international and Host Country phases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy, planning & alignment
Lead the development and execution of the Host Country FIFA Trophy Tour strategy and marketing approach across Brazil including all Host Cities in Brazil
Ensure alignment with the overall FIFA Trophy Tour strategy, adapting where needed to maximize local relevance and impact
Act as the primary point of contact for the eight Host Cities, coordinating planning, timelines, and delivery expectations
Ensure integration with the wider FIFA Women's World Cup 2027™ project, identifying opportunities to amplify impact across other initiatives
Stakeholder management & governance
Manage relationships with Host Cities, local authorities, agencies and key stakeholders, acting as FIFA's representative in-market
Serve as the source of truth on local context, sensitivities and opportunities, proactively informing the global team
Lead cross-functional coordination across FIFA internal teams (including Operations, Legends, Digital, Communications, Brand, Partnerships and Media), ensuring all workstreams are aligned, integrated and delivered against a unified plan
Ensure consistent alignment and information flow with the Zurich-based FIFA team, proactively managing dependencies, timelines and decision-making across global and local stakeholders
Oversee and approve local plans, including venues, run of show, schedules and promotional activities
Ensure total compliance with FIFA rights, brand guidelines and partner commitments
Marketing, communications & content
Oversee the development and execution of local promotional plans across channels (digital, media, partners, on-the-ground) in alignment with the broader global marketing and communications plan
Ensure Host City activations are culturally relevant, locally resonant and aligned with the overall campaign narrative
Inspire Host Cities and hosting stakeholders at a local level to invest as many resources as possible to deliver the best FIFA Trophy Tour events possible.
Lead coordination of media activities in-market, approved by the project team and FIFA Communications
Oversee content capture, approvals and distribution across FIFA channels and stakeholders (including .com, CRM, VNRs and social platforms.
On-site delivery & operations
Represent FIFA on-site across selected FIFA Trophy Tour stops in Brazil and support on global stops if needed
Oversee delivery of FIFA communications, promotional and content activities, ensuring high-quality execution and stakeholder experience
Ensure proper representation, handling and protection of FIFA assets, including the FIFA Women's World Cup™ Trophy and FIFA Legend
Coordinate on-site stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, including media, partners and local teams
Reporting & performance tracking
Monitor progress of the FIFA Trophy Tour across Host Cities and ensure timely escalation of risks or issues
Provide regular and comprehensive reporting on activities, performance and key learnings
Contribute to post-event evaluation and recommendations for future FIFA Trophy Tours
Global coordination
Support the Zurich-based project team on the global leg where required.
Coordinate with FIFA27 Government relations to pitch the FIFA Trophy Tour opportunities to Brazilian Government representatives and embassies for inclusion both phases of the FIFA Trophy Tour to facilitate their involvement in official events and support local engagement opportunities
Ensure continuity and consistency between the global and Host Country phases, capturing and sharing key learnings to inform delivery across the tour
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's Degree or similar level of education in Marketing.
Experience in Marketing and Events or Experiential projects, ideally within sport or major international events
Preferred previous experience in football and/or professional sports.
Strong understanding of sports marketing, including sponsorship, brand communication and fan engagement
Proven ability to deliver integrated marketing communications and promotional campaigns across online and offline channels
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Experience managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, including at senior level
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, building strong relationships and aligning diverse teams towards a shared objective
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate discussions, resolve issues and drive decisions in a constructive and controlled manner
High level of adaptability and resilience, with the ability to respond to changing priorities, evolving plans and a dynamic operating environment
Comfortable working across time zones and flexible working hours, with willingness to travel extensively as required
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools e.g. Monday.com

Right to work in Brazil.
Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
