JOB TITLE: Women's Academy – ETC Coach
LOCATION: Cobham – Chelsea FC Training Ground, plus travel to ETC games programmes
CONTRACT: Sessional Contract, 4 hours across 1 day, or, as and when required according to ETC half term schedule.
The Opportunity Our ETC Coaches play a vital role in shaping both the performance and the experience of every player within the programme. This position is centred on creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where players are supported to reach their full potential in a setting that is safe, secure, and supportive.
Working in partnership with the Centre Manager, you will help cultivate and sustain a strong, values-led culture within the training group. You will be instrumental in ensuring the ETC is a place where players not only develop technically and tactically, but also build confidence, enjoy their football, and foster a lifelong passion for the game.
Coaches will deliver structured 1.5-hour training sessions aligned with The FA and Chelsea ETC curriculum blueprint, focusing on high-quality player development in line with national standards and best practice.
