Coach - JV 2 Girls Volleyball - Douglas High School

2026-27 Season

DEFINITION OF DUTIES: Coaching JV 2 Girls Volleyball at the high school level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of  volleyball skills, experience and ability to effectively perform the duties of an Assistant Coach as stated in the District Coaches Handbook/Coaching Responsibilities; ability to satisfactorily perform all physical requirements of assigned tasks with or without reasonable accommodation; previous successful experience at the high school level or higher; clear direction, goals, and objectives for program success; history of positive influence and interactions with players, coaches, support groups and parents; ability to communicate effectively with parents, administration, players and staff; ability to work with community youth programs; hold or ability to acquire a First Aid/CPR card; hold or ability to acquire ASEP/NFHS Coaching Fundamentals, concussion, heat illness and steroid training.  Ability to complete other trainings necessary to provide a safe environment for student/athletes (Safeschools) as assigned by the district.
