Overview: Monarch Collective is a $250M+ investment platform with a mission to to build leading women's sports institutions that inspire and unite. We are focused on investing in women's sports teams, leagues, and rights-based adjacencies. We believe there is tremendous growth potential for the women's sports ecosystem. Reporting to: Jasmine Robinson

Responsibilities:

Executive support: Manage scheduling, correspondence, travel logistics, and expenses for Jasmine while optimizing bandwidth to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Leverage technology to automate processes where possible.

Meeting prep: Create briefs on stakeholders who are important and not frequent contacts ahead of meetings. Propose target agendas based on knowledge of business goals, notes from previous meetings, and understanding market news/context. When Jasmine is traveling, proactively plan meetings and meeting prep ahead of travel, by identifying Jasmine's goals for a trip, asking Jasmine and other members of the team which meetings could fit with that goal, and preparing agenda items for each meeting with input from other stakeholders at Monarch as needed.

Investment & operations: Support in preparing presentations, analysis, and documentation to aid Monarch portfolio companies and investment processes. Support in reporting for the broader Monarch team on topics Jasmine is leading where visibility can provide more opportunities for team input and collaboration. Lead projects that could drive innovation in the way Monarch sources, diligences, invests in, or supports its portfolio through data and technology.

Firm operations: Collaborate on tasks related to running the business of the fund, including reporting, finance, tax, audit, fund admin, compliance, legal, banking, and other topics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

1-3 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking

Strong financial modeling and presentation skills

Process-oriented with strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to thrive as an independent thinker and in a collaborative, team setting

Passion for women's sports and advancing gender and racial equity in sports
