**Position Overview**

Brand Ambassadors / Match Day Staff serve as representatives of DC Flight throughout the DMV community and at DC Flight home matches. This hybrid role supports grassroots brand activations, community events, fan engagement, and match-day operations. The ideal candidate consistently demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Community Engagement**

* Represent DC Flight at community, youth sports and college campus events and team partner activations.

* Promote upcoming matches, events, community programs, and team initiatives through direct fan engagement, promotional materials, and branded giveaways.

* Support grassroots marketing initiatives, including interactive games, contests, and other promotional activities.

**Match Day & Event Operations**

* Support DC Flight home matches and community activations through setup, execution, and breakdown.

* Welcome and engage fans and help create a positive event experience.

* Help maintain activation spaces, tents, signage, promotional materials, equipment, and other event assets.

* Work collaboratively with DC Flight staff and event personnel to help ensure events and home matches run smoothly.

* Remain flexible and assist across different areas of event and match-day operations based on event needs.

* Represent the DC Flight brand consistently across all events and activations.

* Perform additional event-related responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.

* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays.

* Available to work a minimum of three shifts/events per month. Some months will have more events than others, and submitting availability does not guarantee scheduling.

* Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.

* Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and equipment up to 25 pounds.

* Must have reliable transportation to events throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Parking and mileage will not be reimbursed.
