Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach

Randolph-Macon College invites applications for a full-time Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach. The assistant coach will help plan and execute practices and game plans for a competitive NCAA Division III program.   Responsibilities  

Assist the head coach with student-athlete recruitment and development, on-field instruction, strength training, equipment/uniform maintenance, social media management, travel accommodations, and community service engagement. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and previous competitive playing experience at the college or university level required; Previous coaching experience preferred.

Successful applicant must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills as well as be committed to the policies and regulations of the NCAA Division III.

Must be or become certified in CPR and first aid techniques. 

Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards.
