Assistant Softball

Linn School District is looking for a motivated, energetic Assistant Softball Coach to help build and sustain a competitive softball program.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with practices, games, and skill development
• Help implement program goals and team culture
• Support strength, conditioning, and offseason efforts
• Assist with scouting, drills, and player development plans
• Ensure compliance with Missouri State High School Activities Association guidelines

Qualifications:

• Playing or coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Desire to grow as a coach and mentor
