Assistant Coach for Fenwick High School Girls' Junior Varsity Softball Coach

Position Overview: The JV Softball Coach plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission
and competitive standard of the program. This position emphasizes skill development,
structured execution, and alignment with program values. The JV Coach works closely with
the Head Coach and staff, taking ownership of day-to-day operations while respecting the
program's leadership structure. As JV Head Coach, you are the first face and voice of
Fenwick Softball�welcoming athletes, inspiring belief, and setting the tone for our
culture of pride and purpose.

baserunning).
? Lead structured practices and support in-game strategy and adjustments.

:March 3, 2025 through May; exact end date depends on level & postseason schedule. Additional preseason work including meetings and workouts may take place prior to March 3, 2026.
Schedule:
Working schedule for the position is Monday to Friday 3:45-5:30pm for practices over the season noted above, games are held throughout the season on weeknights and occasional Saturdays. Working time for games about 2-2.5 hours depending on travel time.
Pay & Benefits:
Pay for this position is a stipend ranging from $2,500 to $4,000 depending coaching experience. This is a part-time and seasonal/temporary position so not eligible for benefits.
