JOB OPPORTUNITY 

POSITION:      ASSISTANT SOFTBALL COACH 

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and conducting daily practice.
- Support the development and implementation of game strategies.
- Provide individual and team coaching during practices and games.
- Foster a positive and encouraging team environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and equipment management.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.

Qualifications:

- Certificated Staff/Substitute Certificate
- Previous coaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of rules, techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Head/Assistant Coach and other staff.
- Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

Salary:     As per the current negotiated contract
