The selected candidate will organize and direct all aspects of the NCAA Division I women's soccer program. Assist in the organization, planning, and coaching of all practices and games, as well as the individual skill development of student-athletes in a Division I program. Evaluates, identifies and recruits quality student-athletes. Compliance with all NCAA, SEC, CSC and university rules and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree or subsequent experience
Relevant Collegiate level coaching and or playing experience on a competitive level.
Demonstrative ability to work with a variety of personalities, backgrounds, and generations.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledgeable of relevant NCAA, SEC and CSC rules and regulations.
